Overview

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • This policy applies to products purchased directly from this store.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Personalized or custom-printed items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support at hi@fitar.art within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. We will provide instructions and a return authorization number (RA#).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first for instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items
